On July 5th, 2013 there is a special kind of summit in the German capitol: The most innovative companies in the German SME sector meet for the awards ceremony. At the Axel-Springer-Passage they receive a seal confirming their innovative excellence. Mentor Ranga Yogeshwar hand overs the Top 100 Award. i3 Consult (Germany) from Ettlingen is one of the awardees. They now belong to the Top 100 SMEs in Germany.
At i3 Consult (Germany), the success as a top innovator bases on quality management. The consultancy for IT and software development projects supports corporations and government agencies with software solutions tailored for project and quality management. And whoever recommends such products should also apply them themselves. For this purpose, the consultants have integrated a continuous improvement process in their own IT system. Every employee is encouraged by the management to detect improvement potentials in the system in all phases of a project.
